SCAN TEST ELECTRICAL SYSTEM C0161 ABS/TCS BRAKE SWITCH CIRCUIT FAULT. MONITORED SCAN DATA AND FOUND BRAKE SWITCH FULLY APPLIED WHILE NOT BEING APPLIED. UPON INSPECTION FOUND BRAKE PEDAL NOT INDEXED CORRECTLY IN BRACKET AND WAS CAUSING BRAKE PEDAL TO GET STUCK. RE INSTALLED CORRECTLY AND FOUND BRAKE SWITCH HAS BEEN OVER EXTENDED AND DAMAGED. REPLACED AND RELEARNED. FOUND NO FURTHER PROBLEMS DURING ROAD TEST.
RIGHT REAR TAIL LAMP IS DAMAGED, AND HAS WATER DAMAGE. TAIL LAMP AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR NEEDS REPLACEMENT.
PERFORMED DIAGNOSTICS AND FOUND LEFT TEMPERATURE BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR DEFECTIVE. ALSO FOUND CABIN AIR FILTER RESTRICTED. REPLACED BOTH BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR, AND CABIN AIR FILTER.

SCAN TEST ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. FOUND CODE P0452 EVAP PRESSURE SENSOR SIGNAL LOW. PERFORMED DIAGNOSTICS AND FOUND EVAP PRESSURE SENSOR DEFECTIVE. REPLACED FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR.
GENERAL MOTORS ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SPECIFICATIONS ARE 6 PSI AT 1000 RPM, 18 PSI AT 2000 RPM, AND 24 PSI AT 4000 RPM. ENGINE OIL PRESSURE IS ABOVE SPECIFICATION. VALVETRAIN CLATTERING IS VALVE LIFTER, OR CAMSHAFT DAMAGE ON DRIVERS SIDE. DISASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED TO FURTHER PURSUE DIAGNOSTICS. ADDED SEAFOAM TO ENGINE OIL. LET CUSTOMER TRY.
REAR MAIN SEAL, OIL PAN, AND ENGINE OIL COOLER LINE PORTS ARE LEAKING.
